We are thrilled to announce the President's and Provost's leaderboard challenges and matching gift in support of UConn Gives 2025! This year, we have introduced several initiatives to inspire generosity and support for our beloved University:  

• President’s and Provost’s Students First Fund Match: All gifts made to the Students First Fund will be matched, dollar-for-dollar, up to $25,000.   

• President’s and Provost’s Project Leaderboard Challenge: We will recognize the project with the most donors and the project with the highest dollars raised.  
  • The top three projects with the most donors will receive $10,000 for 1st place, $5,000 for 2nd place, and $2,500 for 3rd place.    
  • The top three projects with the most dollars raised will receive $10,000 for 1st place, $5,000 for 2nd place, and $2,500 for 3rd place.   

• President’s and Provost’s Unit Leaderboard Challenge: We will also recognize the unit with the most donors and the unit with the highest dollars raised. Challenge funds will be allocated to one of the unit's current-use funds, such as the Dean’s Fund.  
  • The top three units with the most donors will receive $10,000 for 1st place, $5,000 for 2nd place, and $2,500 for 3rd place.    
  • The top three units with the most dollars raised will receive $10,000 for 1st place, $5,000 for 2nd place, and $2,500 for 3rd place.   

• President’s and Provost’s Regional Campus Leaderboard Challenge: The regional campus with the most donors will receive an additional $5,000. Challenge funds will be allocated to one of the campus's current-use funds, such as the Campus Dean’s Fund.
