The UCONN Dressage team is a group of hard-working and driven students who are dedicated to furthering their skills in the discipline of Dressage. The team competes as a part of the Intercollegiate Dressage Association in Region A/B. The region typically hosts 3-5 shows per semester where schools compete in team, individual, and Dressage Seat Equitation divisions. Tests range from USDF Introductory Level tests through USDF First Level. The Dressage team has sent groups of riders to Nationals for the past three years, placing in all qualified levels and earning a championship ribbon in Lower Training Individual, a third-place ribbon in Upper Training DSE, as well as a third-place ribbon in Upper Training Individual.
We are currently raising money to send more of our members to nationals in the spring and host more shows at our facility. Your donations are a ton of help! Any additional funds will be used for the general activities of the group.
