The UConn Sailing Team is where Huskies of all experience levels come together to learn, grow, and compete on the water. With three practices a week each fall and spring, our sailors build skills ranging from beginner boat handling to advanced racing, with many representing UConn at collegiate regattas.
Your generosity helps us do more than just sail; it keeps our team safe, competitive, and accessible. Donations will go directly toward purchasing life jackets and dry suits, essential gear that allows us to extend our season into the colder months. We’re also working to re-rig boats for better performance, ensuring our sailors are ready for races like our fan-favorite Alumni Regatta.
With your support, every UConn student has the opportunity to get out on the water and be part of our vibrant sailing community.
Any additional funds will be used for the general activities of the group.
