OWLS (Older Wiser Law Students) proudly represents the non-traditional law students of UConn Law. Our mission is to build a strong, supportive community for anyone who sees their journey to law school as a little different — whether you’re balancing a full-time job, returning to school after time away, or pivoting into law as a second career.
By raising funds for OWLS, we can create more opportunities tailored to non-traditional students — from hosting events outside of standard working hours to building meaningful connections with the local legal community. These efforts strengthen our network, expand professional opportunities, and ensure every student feels seen, supported, and empowered to thrive at UConn Law.
Any donations received will be used to fund networking events. Additional funds will be used for the general activities of the group.
