The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) at the University of Connecticut supports over 500 female engineering students by fostering professional, academic, and personal growth. Through networking events, technical workshops, and outreach programs, SWE empowers members to excel in engineering fields. We connect students with industry leaders, provide career development resources, and promote diversity and inclusion in engineering.
Donated funds will allow UConn SWE to continue fostering a supportive and inclusive community that empowers women in engineering. Contributions will support conference attendance for professional development, weekly meetings that offer networking and skill-building opportunities, outreach programs to inspire future engineers, and partnerships with companies to connect students with industry professionals.
