The UConn Climbing Team is a group of athletes dedicated to pushing our limits on the walls. We train weekly at Central Rock Gym. Every year, we send 26 climbers to compete in the USA Climbing Series, where we challenge ourselves against some of the best collegiate climbers in the country. Last year, our team had incredible success, with 5 athletes competing in The Collegiate National Championship.
Beyond competition, being part of the climbing team fosters resilience and determination. Climbing is more than just a sport—it's about problem-solving and perseverance. Your support helps fund competition fees, travel expenses, and other essential costs, making it possible for our team to continue growing and achieving new heights. Any addition funds will be used for the general activities of the group.
