UConn Climbing Team Ignite 2025

The UConn Climbing Team is a group of athletes dedicated to pushing our limits on the walls. We train weekly at Central Rock Gym. Every year, we send 24 climbers to compete in the USA Climbing Series, where we challenge ourselves against some of the best collegiate climbers in the country. Last year, our team had incredible success, with six members in the advanced category and four in the intermediate category qualifying for nationals.

Beyond competition, being part of the climbing team fosters resilience and determination. Climbing is more than just a sport—it's about problem-solving and perseverance. Your support helps fund competition fees, travel expenses, and other essential costs, making it possible for our team to continue growing and achieving new heights.
