People's Parity Project Fundraiser

Please donate to help People's Parity Project (PPP) advocate for a diverse state judiciary and work to dismantle the structures perpetuating injustice and disadvantaging specific populations, and challenge coercive legal tools by demystifying them!

PPP takes advantage of the school's location at the heart of Connecticut's state government to provide students with opportunities to engage in policy and legislative advocacy with the General Assembly and executive agencies. It's crucial to ensure that the justice system works equitably for all, especially those who have historically faced discrimination or exploitation, such as workers of color, women, low-wage earners, union members, immigrants, disabled individuals, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

PPP hosts casual conversations between students and advocates for a more diverse, equitable judiciary and justice system, bringing people together in a relaxed environment to learn more about how the current justice system perpetuates inequity and how we, as law students, can change it. Your donation to PPP will help us host these events and bring speakers to campus. Any additional funding will be used for the general activities of PPP.
