Founded in 1985, the Connecticut Journal of International Law publishes articles covering a range of topics in international and comparative law, including analysis of the extraterritorial effects of domestic law and policy. Past publications have examined, amongst other things, developments and issues in intellectual property, corporate, human rights, trade, national defense, and environmental law. The Journal publishes 2-3 issues per year and has approximately 40 dedicated members. We'd love your support in continuing to strengthen our community!
