The Asian and Asian American Studies (AAAS) area engages in interdisciplinary teaching, research, and community partnerships focused on Asians in Asia and across global diasporas. The program examines histories, cultures, and contemporary issues shaping Asian and Asian American experiences, with a commitment to equity, representation, and public impact.
