Preparing the Next Generation of Public Leaders
The School of Public Policy prepares students to become leaders in the fields of public policy, public management, nonprofit management, and survey research. Our students work closely with professors dedicated to teaching excellence and groundbreaking research, and gain hands-on experience through paid internships in top state agencies, city governments, and nonprofit organizations that make an impact across the state and nation.
Supporting Graduate Students When It Matters Most
School of Public Policy students are making an impact in their communities and across Connecticut every day. However, unexpected challenges can arise during their graduate journey. The Public Policy Awards Fund provides critical financial support to students facing moments of hardship, helping them stay on track and complete their degrees.
Our Goal
We are raising $5,000 to strengthen our student hardship fund and ensure we can respond to financial emergencies in the year ahead. This fund directly supports graduate students experiencing financial adversity, providing timely assistance when it is needed most.
Your Impact
Your gift has an immediate and meaningful effect. When students encounter emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, this fund provides the support they need to continue their studies without interruption.
By giving, you help students persist through challenges, complete their graduate education, and go on to join the School of Public Policy’s network of impactful and accomplished alumni.
