Through mentoring, advising, and community-building, ISS supports students as they navigate the challenges of college life, especially those who are first-generation, balancing work and academics, or finding their place in a new environment. ISS doesn’t just help students stay enrolled; it helps them believe they belong, discover their strengths, and persist to graduation.
